Delivery & returns

Delivery

  • Wazirabad: our own rider brings your order the same day, for Rs 250. These orders are paid in advance — Cash on Delivery is not available inside the city.
  • Rest of Pakistan: delivery is charged by the weight of the parcel at Rs 350 per kilo, every started kilo counted. Cash on Delivery is available. Parcels usually reach you in 2–4 working days.
  • Orders above Rs 3,000 are delivered free.
  • We call or WhatsApp you to confirm every order before it is packed. If we cannot reach you in two days, the order is held.
  • Items marked "ready in a day or two" are brought from the distributor first, so they leave the shop a little later.

Returns

  • If we send the wrong item, or it arrives damaged or leaking, tell us within 24 hours with a photo and we replace it or refund it in full — the delivery charge included.
  • Sealed items can be returned unopened within 7 days. The pack must be exactly as it left us.
  • For hygiene, opened herbs, oils, syrups and powders cannot be taken back unless the fault is ours.
  • Loose herbs cut and weighed for your order are prepared fresh, so they cannot be returned unless the fault is ours.
  • You can cancel any order free of charge before it is dispatched — just call or WhatsApp us.

Refunds

  • Refunds are sent within 3 to 5 working days of the item coming back to us.
  • Money paid in advance goes back the same way it came. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by Easypaisa or JazzCash to the number that placed the order.

Consultations

  • Booking is free. If you pay an advance to hold your slot, it is adjusted against your consultation or your medicines.
  • Tell us before the time if you cannot come and we will move it. An advance is not refunded if you do not come and do not tell us.
  • A herbal consultation is not a replacement for medical treatment. In an emergency, go to a hospital.

Your details

We keep your name, number and address only to deliver your order and to talk to you about it. We do not sell or share them with anyone. Ask us any time and we will remove your details.
